§ 32.065 ESTABLISHMENT; CLERK-TREASURER TO ADMINISTER.
   Under provisions of I.C. 36-4-10-1 et seq., a Department of Finance is established in the city to be headed by the Clerk-Treasurer who shall be elected as provided by state law.
