A Municipal Redevelopment Department shall be established to be known as the Vincennes Redevelopment Department which shall be controlled by a five- member board known as the Vincennes Redevelopment Commission and which shall be organized and operated in conformity with I.C. 36-7-14, including any amendments that may from time to time be added to that chapter.
