§ 32.119 APPOINTMENT; VACANCIES.
   (A)   The Commission on Environmental Quality and Conservation shall consist of seven members appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Common Council. Each member shall be appointed for a three-year term.

   (B)   If a member dies or leaves the Commission for any other reason, his successor shall be appointed to serve for the unexpired term for which the member had been appointed.
