§ 32.141 POWER TO PERFORM DUTIES

In respect to the operation and management of water and sewage systems the Utilities Service Board shall have all the powers and perform all the duties heretofore provided for by the Board of Public Works and Safety of said city, all as provided for by I.C. 36-9-6 et seq.
