(A) There is hereby created a board to manage the Vincennes Redevelopment Authority (the “Board”). The three members of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor of the City of Vincennes, Indiana. Each member of the Board shall serve a three year term. If a vacancy occurs on the Board, the Mayor shall fill the vacancy by appointing a new member for the remainder of the vacated term.
(B) Each Board member, before beginning his or her duties, shall take and subscribe an oath of office in the form prescribed by law, to be endorsed on the certificate of his or her appointment, which shall be promptly filed with the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Vincennes, Indiana.
