(A) Definitions. The following definitions shall apply to the section.
(1)
TRASH BAGS. Trash bags shall be 33 gallon unit bags with a weight limitation capacity of 35 pounds.
(2)
TOTE. A container of 14.5 gallon capacity which shall be a uniform container purchased from the City of Vincennes.
(3)
UNIT OF TRASH. Non-recyclable items.
(B) Curbside recycling routes and schedules shall be established by the Vincennes Board of Public Works and Safety acting upon the advise of the Superintendent of the Street and Sanitation Department.
(C) (1) All recyclables must be properly placed in uniform containers purchased from the City of Vincennes.
(2) Recyclers shall be entitled to one unit of unstickered, non-recyclable waste for each two full units of recyclables.
(D) Units of non-recyclable waste properly offered for pick-up pursuant to this section shall not be in conflict with any provisions of Chapter 50 of the Vincennes City Ordinances.
