§ 51.003 DISCHARGE OF SANITARY SEWAGE OR OTHER POLLUTED WATERS TO NATURAL OUTLETS.
   No person shall discharge into any natural outlet within the city, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city, any sanitary sewage, industrial waste or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
