§ 51.020 PRIVIES, SEPTIC TANKS AND OTHER FACILITIES; CONSTRUCTION OR MAINTENANCE PROHIBITED.
   Except as hereinafter provided, no person shall construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facilities intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
