§ 51.080 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   INDUSTRIAL WASTES. The liquid waste resulting from any commercial, manufacturing or industrial operation or process.
   SANITARY SEWAGE. The waste from water closets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, bath tubs, showers, household laundries, garage floor drains, bars, soda fountains, cuspidors, refrigerator drips, drinking fountains and stable floor drains.
