§ 52.02 RATES UPON ANNEXATION.
   Upon the annexation by the city of any property services by the Municipal Waterworks, any rates charged to the owner of said property by the Municipal Waterworks shall reflect the rates charged to customers inside of the city as of the effective date of such annexation.
