(A) An appropriate sign and painted lines, where appropriate, shall be placed so as to designate the permitted parking space.
(B) Initial fee for cost of sign and placement of sign shall be $100, and there shall be a $25 annual renewal fee. Prisoners of war and disabled veterans shall be exempt from the initial $100 fee, but shall be subject to the annual renewal fee.
(C) All recipients with any sign issued by the city shall immediately inform the city at such time as the recipient ceases to reside at the permitted address.
(D) Fees will be waived for persons that are in possession of a permanently disabled license plate or placard on their vehicle issued by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles registered at the same address as the handicapped parking sign.
