§ 72.083 RESTRICTIONS ON LOADING AND UNLOADING BUSES.
   No bus shall load or unload any passenger until such bus is parallel to the curb and not more than one foot distant therefrom. If there be no curb, then loading and unloading shall be done in such a manner as to cause no obstruction to the regular flow of traffic.
