§ 90.05 RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY OF OWNER OF THE ABANDONED VEHICLE OR PARTS.
   The owner of an abandoned vehicle or parts is:
   (A)   Responsible for the abandonment; and
   (B)   Liable for all of the costs incidental to the removal, storage, and disposal of the vehicle or the parts under this chapter.
