§ 93.03 BURNING OF GARBAGE, NATURAL GROWTH, WOOD PRODUCTS AND OTHER WASTE MATERIALS RESTRICTED.

No person or entity shall open burn any garbage, natural growth, wood products and other waste materials in the city. Burning of any such garbage, natural growth, wood products and other waste materials shall be permitted only when conducted within an enclosed incinerator by the Chief of the Fire Department.
