(A) Except as otherwise provided in this section, all city parks shall be closed between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., and it shall be a violation of this section for any person to enter, be or remain in any city park when that park is closed.
(B) This section shall not apply to the Kimmell Park Campground from April 15 to October 31.
(C) This section shall not apply to activities sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department of the city; provided, that the Parks and Recreation Department shall notify the City Police Department of those activities in advance.
(D) Any child under the age of 18 years who violate this section shall be taken into custody and referred to a juvenile court intake officer or other juvenile authorities.
