§ 98.08 FALSE ALARM SERVICE CHARGE.
   A service charge for False Alarms received at the Central Answering Point shall be payable as follows:
   (A)   Alarms responded to by the Police.
      (1)   Three False Alarms shall be allowed each Alarm System in any calendar year.
      (2)   A service charge of $25 shall be paid by the Alarm Holder for each of the fourth and fifth False Alarms received in any calendar year.
      (3)   A service charge of $50 shall be paid by the Alarm Holder for each of the additional False Alarms received within the calendar year.
   (B)   Alarms responded to by Fire.
      (1)   Three False Alarms shall be allowed each Alarm System in any calendar year that would have 50 or less detectors and pull stations.
         Four False Alarms shall be allowed each Alarm System in any calendar year that has in service 51 to 150 detectors and pull stations.
         Five False Alarms shall be allowed each Alarm System in any calendar year that has in service 151 to 250 detectors and pull stations.
         Six False Alarms shall be allowed each Alarm System in any calendar year that has in service over 250 detectors and pull stations.
      (2)   A service charge of $50 shall be paid by the Alarm Holder for each of the next three False Alarms received in any calendar year.
      (3)   A service charge of $100 shall be paid by the Alarm Holder for each of the next three False Alarms received in any calendar year.
      (4)   A service charge of $200 shall be paid by the Alarm Holder for all subsequent False Alarms received within the calendar year.
