§ 150.01 FIRE LIMITS ESTABLISHED; CONSTRUCTION WITHIN FIRE DISTRICT.
   (A)   The fire limits of the city shall be the same as and contiguous with the business district as shown on the zone map of the city.

   (B)   Within the fire district, all new construction and all alterations to existing structures shall be constructed with fire-resistant materials as defined in the National Building Code of the Board of Fire Underwriters.
