§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   If any person, firm or corporation shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 150.15 through 150.34, or shall do any act prohibited in those sections, or shall fail to perform any duty lawfully enjoined, within the time prescribed by the City Inspector, or shall fail, neglect or refuse to obey any lawful order given by the City Inspector in connection with the provisions of those sections for each violation, failure or refusal, that person, firm or corporation shall be fined in any sum not less than $100, nor more than $2,500. Each day of such unlawful activity shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   No person, firm or corporation, whether as owner, lessee, sublessee, or occupant shall erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or premises, or cause or permit the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of §§ 150.45 through 150.52 or any order issued by the Building Commissioners. Any person violating the provisions of those sections or I.C. 36-7-9-28 shall commit a Class C infraction for each day that violation continues.
