(A) No person shall remove or demolish any building having connected therewith a building drain and/or building sewer without first reporting the existence of the building to be removed or demolished.
(B) No person while so removing or demolishing any building having connected therewith any building drain or building sewer shall fail to plug and completely close the same under the supervision of the City Inspector and the Sewer Superintendent.
