(A) Application forms for tests as Master Electricians, Journeyman Electricians and/or Residential Wireman may be obtained at the City Inspector's Office. Applications for Apprentice Electricians may also be obtained from the City Inspector's Office. Applications for Work Permits may be obtained from the City Inspector's Office.
(B) Submittal — all applications for tests must be submitted to the City Inspector's Office by the end of the month prior to the month set for tests. Applications must be accompanied by the fees set forth in § 150.73.
