§ 152.16 PLUMBING REQUIRED.
   (A)   Every dwelling unit shall contain a kitchen sink in good working condition and properly connected to a water and sewer system approved by the Plumbing Inspector.
   (B)   Every dwelling unit (except as otherwise permitted under division (C) hereof) shall contain a room which affords privacy to a person within that room and which is equipped with a flush water closet and a lavatory basin in good working condition and properly connected to a water and sewer system approved by the Health Officer or the City Inspector.
   (C)   The occupants of two or more dwelling units, but not to exceed eight persons in total number, other than in a single-family unit, may share a single flush water closet, a single lavatory basin and a single bathtub or shower.
   (D)   The requirements of divisions (A), (B) and (C) of this section shall not apply in cases where sewer and water facilities are not available within a distance of 100 feet of the lot on which the dwelling unit is located.
   (E)   Each dwelling unit shall contain either a tub or shower therein and shall have both hot and cold running water piped to that dwelling.
