§ 152.99 PENALTY.

Any failure to comply with any provision of this housing code shall constitute a violation. Any person who shall violate any provision of this housing code shall be guilty of a infraction and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $300. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense, and each day's failure to comply with any such provision shall constitute a separate violation.
