§ 152.17 RUBBISH AND GARBAGE FACILITIES.
   (A)   Every dwelling unit shall be supplied with adequate rubbish storage facilities.
   (B)   Every dwelling unit shall have adequate garbage disposal facilities or garbage storage containers.
