§ 152.19 ELECTRICAL OUTLETS.
   Each dwelling unit shall have a minimum number of electrical outlets and shall have at least two wall outlets, or one wall outlet and one ceiling fixture. The kitchen, bath or utility room shall contain one fixture or wall outlet.
