No permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall constitute a license or other authority to perform any work inconsistent with, or that does not satisfy the requirements of any other local, regional, state, or federal governmental person having jurisdiction over the permitted work location. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to obtain approval from all governmental persons jurisdiction before commencing any work.
