§ 97.02 911 SERVICE CHARGE; LEVY.

In order to provide the funds necessary to establish and operate 911 emergency telephone services within the City of Villa Hills, the city may levy, collect and receive funds for that purpose, and may appropriate funds and pay for the 911 emergency telephone service so established.
