§ 111.05 COLLECTION.

The Business Regulatory License fees and Occupational License Fees imposed and levied by this chapter shall be received and collected by the City Administrator or by the Fiscal Court of Kenton County, Kentucky, with which the Executive Authority of the city is hereby authorized to contract for those services.
