The City Inspector, a qualified person or persons designated by the Mayor to conduct the function of City Inspector, is charged with the enforcement of the provisions of §§ 150.03 and 150.54. The City Inspector shall have the full authority from the city to enforce the provisions hereof and is empowered to take whatever steps necessary to accomplish said purpose.
