§ 130.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violate any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250).

(B) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500).
