§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating §§ 112.01 through 112.15 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500).
