It shall be an affirmative defense under this subchapter if the person charged with the offense, within one (1) hour after the utilization of intoxicating liquor or beer constituting the basis of the violation, enlisted the aid of and cooperated with law enforcement personnel to cause minors who are utilizing intoxicating liquor or beer in violation of this chapter to not remain on the property.
