(A) An owner of any burial grounds located within the corporate limits of the City of Villa Hills is required to properly care for any such burial grounds as required by KRS 381.697.
(B) To properly care for any such burial grounds shall include maintaining the burial grounds free of growth of weeds, free from accumulated debris, displaced tombstones, or other signs and indications of vandalism or gross neglect.
(C) The owner of any such burial grounds shall protect the burial grounds from being used for dumping grounds, building sites, playgrounds, places of entertainment and amusement, public parks, athletic fields or parking grounds.
