§ 32.12  LIENHOLDER NOTIFICATION SYSTEM.
   The Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board shall establish and maintain a lienholder notification system on behalf of the City of Villa Hills. The Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board shall obtain and maintain priority over previously filed liens, as provided in § 32.11 of this chapter, in accordance with the provisions of KRS 65.8836.
