§ 30.63  PUBLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No ordinance shall be enforceable until published pursuant to KRS Chapter 424, except as provided in § 30.58(B).
   (B)   Ordinances may be published in full or in summary as designated by the City Council.  If the City Council elects to publish an ordinance in summary, the summary shall be prepared and certified by the City Attorney pursuant to the requirements of KRS 83A.060.
   (C)   Ordinances that include descriptions of real property may include a sketch, drawing, or map, including common landmarks such as streets or roads in lieu of metes and bounds descriptions.
