The City Clerk shall forward the application to the Director of Public Works or City Building Inspector who shall inspect the plans and proposed locations. The Director of Public Works or Building Inspector shall take the appropriate action as provided in § 110.04 of this code. The Director of Public Works or Building Inspector shall not issue a permit for any proposed driveway that does not comply with the provisions of this subchapter. No driveway permit shall be valid for a period of time longer than 6 months from the date of issuance.
