§ 94.16  PLANTING TREES AND SHRUBS ON CITY PROPERTY; PERMISSION REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to plant any trees or shrubs on any street, boulevard, alley, park or other city property without permission from the corporate authorities. Any and all permitted planting shall conform to the visibility requirements of § 96.21(B).
