§ 94.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750.  Each day that a violation is allowed to continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (B)   Any individual, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 94.01 through 94.03 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $750.  Each day that a violation is allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
