Any person is required to dispose of any inoperable motor vehicle under his or her control within 7 days after receiving written notice from the city stating that the person is to dispose of any inoperable motor vehicle under his or her control within 7 days or the inoperable motor vehicle will be removed and disposed of in accordance with Illinois Vehicle Code, Chapter 4, Article II.
