SCHEDULE II. THROUGH STREETS.

   The streets set forth below are hereby designated as through streets and every driver of a vehicle crossing the intersection with a through street shall stop the vehicle before entering the intersection, except as provided below.

Harrison Avenue west of Sycamore Street

Henson Street south of Front Street

Madison Street between Main Street and Douglas Street

Main Street between Railroad Street and Harrison Avenue

Richman Street between the railroad tracks and Madison Avenue

Richman Street between Madison Avenue and Harrison Avenue
