(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined as set forth in § 70.99(B), and shall, in addition, be subject to the payment to the city for the costs it incurred as a result of that violation, as provided in § 70.99(E), for towing and other expenses directly caused by that violation.
(B) A violation of any part of § 72.10(A)(1)(h) shall result in a mandatory fine of $500 or 50 hours of community service.
