§ 38.02  NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS).
   The city hereby endorses and adopts the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as the incident command standard for day-to-day operations, large- scale, multi-agency, multi-discipline and multi- complicated incidents.
