§ 36.30  PURCHASING AGENT; DEPUTY PURCHASING AGENT.
   There is hereby created the position of purchasing agent.  The position shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor with a majority approval of City Council.  With the City Council’s approval, the Purchasing Agent may appoint a Deputy Purchasing Agent to perform the duties of the position during the Purchasing Agent’s absence.
