(A) The Amphitheater can be reserved during regular hours of operations.
(B) The rental fee for the Amphitheater is $50 for up to four hours and $100 for all day. The rental fee is non-refundable, unless the city park is closed at the direction of the city. A security deposit of $50 is due upon reservation. The security deposit is required to be paid in cash.
(C) Renters are required to clean up all trash and debris following their rental period. Renters are required to return the premises in good order and the same condition as received. The renter shall not allow any damage to be incurred and is responsible for the cost of any repair for damage received during his or her rental period. The security deposit shall be retained by the city and applied to the cost of any cleaning or repairs necessary to restore the rental to its condition prior to the rental period. The renter is responsible for the remaining balance of any damage incurred.
(D) The security deposit will be returned to the renter upon determination by the city that no damage has been incurred and no clean-up was required by city employees. The renter may return to City Hall no sooner than five days and no later than 14 days following the rental period to receive any refund of security deposit owed pursuant to these terms and conditions.
(E) The Amphitheater may be reserved up to one year in advance. Requests for private use of the Amphitheater should be directed to City Hall in person, by phone at (618) 658-5161, or by visiting http://www.cityofviennail.net
. Payment by check must be received within five days before the rental date. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. A rental/reservation receipt will be provided.
