§ 31.029 REMOVAL OF APPOINTEES.
   The Mayor may remove any officer appointed by him or her under this code, on any formal charge, whenever he or she is of the opinion that the interests of the city demand removal in accordance with 65 ILCS 5/3-11-1 and 65 ILCS 5/3-12-2.
