§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of § 150.04 shall be a violation of this chapter, and the violator shall be subject to a fine of not more than $25 for each day of said violation, plus court costs and surcharges.
