§ 150.03 CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION.
   The County 911 Coordinator shall present a list of suggestions for the assignment of addresses for any building, lots or occupied structures adjacent to any street, lane or highway within the city limits to the City Council at the first regular scheduled Council meeting of each month for consideration and adoption. In the event that said addresses are adopted, they shall take effect immediately after the corporate authority has adopted the change in accordance with 65 ILCS 5/11-80-18 and after due notice has been given to the United States Postal Service.
