(A) The addressing system currently in existence for those buildings, lots and occupied structures adjacent to any street, lane or highway shall remain in effect where feasible and in accordance with the County Emergency Telephone System.
(B) In any case where a discrepancy exists and in all cases where the discrepancy poses a risk to the effective and efficient public services such as police, fire and/or emergency medical services, the County 911 Coordinator will confer with the City Clerk and Street Superintendent to rectify the discrepancy as soon as possible.
(C) The city retains all authority for street naming and changing street names as pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-80-19.
