§ 115.09 CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSES.
   There shall be eight classes of license that shall be referred to as:
   (A)   Class A licenses shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises as well as other retail sales of such liquor. The annual fee for such license shall be $1,000;
   (B)   Class B licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, but not for consumption on the premises where sold. The annual license fee shall be $1,000;
   (C)   Class C licenses shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified of beer and/or wine only for consumption on the premises where sold. The annual fee for such license shall be $1,000;
   (D)   Class D licenses shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified of alcoholic liquor for consumption on specified premises, where the premises is a restaurant with at least 50% of its gross revenue deriving from the sale of food. The annual fee for such license shall be $1,000;
   (E)   Class E licenses shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified of beer only, not for consumption on the premises where sold. The annual license fee shall be $1,000;
   (F)   Class F licenses shall authorize the retail sale from the premises specified of wine for sampling or tasting, or by the glass, or by the bottle for consumption, on or off the premises where sold; in addition, this license shall authorize the sale of beer by the glass, and/or by the bottle for consumption, on premises only, not for packaged sale. The annual license fee shall be $1,000;
   (G)   Class G licenses shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises, as well as other retail sales of such liquor; in addition, this license shall authorize the retail sale on the grounds of any golf course specified of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the said golf course. The annual fee for such license shall be $1,000; and
   (H)   Class H licenses shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises, as well as other retail sales of such liquor. This license shall be issued to not-for-profit organizations which desire to keep any place selling or offering the sale, or in any manner dealing in alcoholic liquors. The annual fee for such license shall be $50, subject to the provisions of this code.
