§ 113.04 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SANITATION.
   For the protection and promotion of public health and sanitation in the city, all vendors must meet the following requirements.
   (A)   The vendor must have a valid permit from the State Department of Public Health.
   (B)   A copy of the State Department of Public Health must be furnished when the vendor’s license is renewed.
   (C)   A copy of the State Department of Public Health permit must be prominently displayed by the vendor so that it may be viewed by all possible customers of the vending establishment.
