§ 113.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   VENDOR. A person or business that sells, serves, offers for sale or gives away prepared food from any motorized or non-motorized vehicle, trailer, kiosk, push-cart, stand or other portable device.
